For the past 2wks I have been eating a super high carb, low protein, low fat diet.
Body actually was dropping like crazy. I was doing around 7-800g carb, 50-75g protein, less than 20g fat a day and weight was dropping and felt great.
Went to higher protein lower carbs last 2 days and weight shot back up to 235.
