If you don't have any ankle weights don't worry you can do every exercise without them and still have a great workout. SUPERSET 🍑Straight leg kickbacks - 15 each side - 4 sets 🍑Straight leg kickback Pulses - 20 each side - 4 sets 🍑Lying leg raises - 15 each side - 4 sets 🍑Up & overs - 10 each side - 4 sets 🍑Fire hydrant - 12 each side - 4 sets 🍑Glute lifts - 15 reps - 4 sets 🍑Single leg bridge - 12 each side - 4 sets Drop a comment about what workouts you would like to see next.
