Abimbola "Abel" Osundairo is one the two Nigerian brothers that told Chicago police that Empire actor Jussie Smollett paid them to help to stage an attack on him. Abel Osundario won the 2019 Chicago Golden Gloves boxing tournament. Abel's brother, Ola Osundario, who is also a boxer, did not compete in the Golden Gloves tournament. The charges against Jussie Smollet were dropped.
