Until the KTM 790 came out ADV suspension has been a compromise. Sometimes it's pretty good (Triumph Tiger 800 XCA), sometimes it's bad (BMW F 800GS and anything cheap) but generally it's middling. Comfy, not much damping control not pretty expensive. The 790 is the opposite. It's the same spec suspension as a KTM EXC. It's stiff, safe and really good. KTM then made the 790 Rally, with WP's finest Xplor Pro suspension. You can buy that cone valve fork for any bike and that's the product line we're testing.
