@Garry's Mod RTX | Some more PBR and Post-Processing Stuff

Did quite a few PBR materials for the HL2 MMod replacement weapons (except the grenade and RPG) and some Gmod building materials. I got reshade working with RTX Remix so I'm using my own tonemapping and bloom implementation, as Remix's built in one doesn't have enough controls and looks weird in a lot of scenes. Sorry about the blurry visuals and low fps, my poor RTX 2080 is suffering enough as it is.
