I'm not usually one to shoot at the same spot two weeks in a row, but myself and quite a few other railfans wanted a good place to watch trains, hang out, and keep warm. So we chose Ridgefield Park. We were looking to catch CSX Q410 which was supposed to have an MEC SD40-2 on it but the train was nowhere near Jersey. We still did get some awesome trains. For the first time in a long time I was able to get a shot of Q434 without it being blocked by a Southbound. Thankfully this Q434 wasn't blocked because it had 4 generators on it! Then a Southbound came and gave us a pretty sweet meet. After about a three hour lull in activity a Southbound came through with some standard power. Then about a half hour after that we got word of Q409 coming down with a Stealth engine and an ex-UP leaser. When Q409 came down I realized the YN1 engine was CSX 8320 the same SD40-2 I caught a week ago, then I looked at the CITX SD40-2 and realized I caught that one as well the same day as 8320. Who would've thought two Sunday's in a row a YN1 SD40-2 would come through on the River Line! I certainly wouldn't have but I'm so glad it did!
