Casual Commodore's video: Setting up the SIDfx dual SID device for the Commodore 64

All you need to know about the SIDfx is on their web page, here: http://www.sidfx.dk/ All right, story time: I have been wanting to do a proper dual SID setup for a long while. In one of my earlier setups, I used a DualSID device (no longer available) to do a SID switching mod, so I could choose between the two chips (https://youtu.be/WEun6U53TLU). Stereo did not interest me at that point. After I got the C64 Reloaded motherboard, I never carried that mod over. A few years passed. Then MsMadLemon made a stereo SID solution for her C64 (https://youtu.be/WqlpyVzvgyk), and I got more interested. I had what I needed. I could use the DualSID device from my old machine to make my own stereo SID solution. Time passed, and I never got around to it. My "laziness" was a blessing in disguise, because suddenly I got a mail from the SIDfx team. The SIDfx is currently the best solution for a dual SID setup. The first time they did a production run, I could not afford one. So I signed up for it, in case they ever did a second run. The mail said they were pretty much able to ship, as soon as payment was done. My cash flow situation was not the best ever, but I paid within minutes. It arrived a few days later. This happened so fast. Now there was no excuse - do the Stereo SID setup! I should mention, there is currently an equally interesting dual SID solution, called MixSID.
