I've been watching the interviews and YouTube clips and I always liked the Intro/Outro song, turns out after being corrected in the comments it's called Dub Hub by Jimmy Fontanez. The Guitar sounds were a mixture of Guitar Rig 5 and EZMIX 2 presets. Recorded the video using my Canon 600D with 18-55mm lens and edited with Adobe Premiere.
