Long Beach, CA – The Masters Hall of Fame inducted Mixed Martial Arts fighter Sensei Nick “Hitman” Moran at the organization’s annual Awards Banquet held on August 1, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach. The event was held in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the Long Beach Internationals, a premier karate championship founded by legendary American Kenpo Grandmaster Ed Parker. Sensei Moran holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Shotkan Karate and 2nd Degrees in Doce Pares, Kilat, Sambo, Ju Jitsu and Muay Thai, and has been active in a total of ten different martial arts. “Martial Arts saved me in so many ways, but the real honor for me is to be a part of such an amazing organization and to be recognized with some of the best fighters in the world.” Sensei Nick “Hitman” Moran For Sensei Moran, the martial arts were more than just a physical outlet.
