Here’s a quick way to know whether your difficulties attracting women are due to toxic shame or to lack of knowledge. Once you learned the tips in that pick up video/book/course, how easy was it for you to apply them and see results? . If you quit after the first few attempts, or couldn’t implement them at all, or didn’t understand how to use them, then it wasn’t the lack of information you were missing. It’s that you are like almost all adults and are suffering from the core insecurities arising from toxic shame. . If you have mixed results like I did back when I was starting out, it’s even more dangerous because you might, like I did, think that you just need to “practice” more, so you persist longer and eventually master the dating skills, only to discover much later the underlying toxic shame. .
