DrGraeme's video: 16 How to use the ball as a back wheel for our LEGO EV3 Education set Robot LucyBot

@16 How to use the ball as a back "wheel" for our LEGO EV3 Education set Robot "LucyBot".
This video tutorial is appropriate for users of the EV3 Education Kit only. It shows how to use the ball as a back "wheel" for your converted Robot LucyBot. It is appropriate for users of the Lego EV3 Education Kit only, because it uses some components that are supplied with the Education Kit, but not with the Home Kit. If you are using the Lego EV3 Home Kit, you should ignore this video tutorial, and go on to Video 17 in this YouTube playlist. Our experience is that both versions of this EV3 Robot LucyBot work equally well with the Tutorials and Challenges that follow. This tutorial do not have Closed Captions. I hope to add these when I have time. Playlist Index: Video 1: Ying Chen introduces this fun series of LEGO EV3 tutorial lessons. Videos 2: Yaya demonstrates how to build your first robot. Videos 3 & 4: How to download the free version of LEGO's EV3 coding language. Videos 5 to 7: How to connect your Robot to your Laptop, and getting it to move. Videos 8 to 13: How to teach your Robot to smile, speak, and move in a straight line. Videos 14 to 16: How to add a back wheel to your Education set or Home set Robot. Videos 23 to 28: This is a Challenge, to see if you can teach your Robot to clean a pretend "Floor" - examples and hints are included. Video 29: Robot Tug-Of-War Challenge (with video examples). Videos 30 to 33: How to build a Robot that has a color sensor attached to it, plus a link to some examples of things a girl has done using LEGO Robots. Videos 34 to 37: How to play Robot SUMO.
