This one came as a spur-of-the-moment idea. I was originally going to work on another character composition, but then I got an idea after remembering what day it is. Well, would be. I made this track yesterday. I tried to encapsulate both love and magic in this piece. A piano and soft string sections reminiscent of a classical love ballad, while also personifying Kasmeer in the vibraphones and Marjory in the solo violin, and then bringing them both together with a combined oboe/violin section. Like love itself, the piece slowly gets more complex as time goes on. There's a slight melancholic element in the melody as well, intended to allude to Kasmeer overcoming her tragic past with Marjory's help.
