Even though there are places that serve it, guinea pig is not found on most restaurant menus. 1:06 - We entered one of many restaurants in our search that wasn't serving cuy, however we were directed towards a lead that did, Inka Grill. It felt like we explored half of Cusco on our mission to find a pet a on plate. 2:12 - Finally, after a lengthy search we sunk our teeth into this unique cuisine. It was not quite like anything tasted before, but more comparable to a quail.
