@Did Ubisoft Downgrade The Division?

While watching the 2015 Ubisoft E3 press conference, i wasn't all that surprised that they would show The Division again. The have been doing that for three E3's in a row now. But while watching the gameplay demo, i noticed that The Division didn't look as good as it did in the previous gameplay demo's.
