Erik Dalton's video: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Massage Therapy the MAT Way

@Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Massage Therapy, the MAT Way!
This video clip is from Erik Dalton's Shoulder, Arm & Hand MAT Course - discussing and demonstrating how to perform a therapeutic massage to relieve carpal tunnel syndrome pain. Start by stretching the palmer fascia, not putting a lot of pressure on the carpal tunnel area. Spread with thumbs, gently. Avoid scaphoid and hamate. Put pressure right above there. Then work the flexors - they're the ones getting inflamed and swollen in cases of CTS. Don't use extension, keep it in a neutral position, then strip out the flexors using your forearm. Get them all, all the way down. โ–ถ๏ธŽ More on Carpal Tunnel Syndrom on my blog: https://erikdalton.com/blog/carpal-tunnel-syndrome-revisited/ Hope you enjoyed this video and thanks for watching!!
