A little something to help celebrate my favorite time of year. Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! and Happy New Year! ------------------- Song - "Let It Snow" by Vic Mignogna --------- "The Day Before Christmas" Twas the day before Christmas, and all through the castle, Many creatures were stirring, even Tom, the little rascal. The humans were caught up in a rupture of prattle, Celebrating their victory in the previous nights battle. There was wine, music and the meat a young fawn, No rum Im afraid, whys the rum always gone And mama and her mid-drift, and I in my loincloth, Had just settled down above the castles high loft. Yet un-beknownst, to me and my kin, A dark-hooded figure was plotting great sin. Away on his horseback, he road down the ramp, To the conveniently close by Viking base camp. If you wish, said he, for the castle to fall, and not to be thrown out like a simple rag doll, Then I can assist you in a second attack. To which the leader responded, Are you taking smack? A second assault would just end in disaster, The Gargoyles are stronger, smarter and faster. I will not risk all my men going splat! Then attack after dawn Why didnt I think of that? And so Christmas morning, the Vikings attacked, Their strength was brutal, their tactics exact. By dusk they had silenced every sword and arrow, No one could stop them, even the great Captain Sparrow. But once they imprisoned every child, woman and man, They began playing whack-a-mole, with the heads of my clan. Yet there was something the Vikings had missed, For some of us lived, and were thoroughly pissed. Away we all flew into the Christmas night sky, To seek out vengeance on the Vikings and that guy. As we drew near the camp, the cowards did flee, I will admit, such terror did fill me with glee. But it was not the extras, of whom I had sought, But the ones whos efforts would soon be for naught. Before long I was with the killers of my race, And they were sniveling cowards shouting, Not in the face! Forward I sprung, to my enemys great fright As I cast them both down to their final goodnight. But they heard me exclaim, as they fell from the edge "Merry Christmas you scum bags! I got my revenge!"
