Fl's video: Runescape: Teleport Freezing

@Runescape: Teleport "Freezing'.

I hope this helps. The lag may not look that bad, but the "freezing" lasts longer and longer after each teleport. After a few hours, the delay is 5 to 10 seconds long. As a regular Rcer, those couple seconds are VERY important for efficient Rcing.
