Last night these amazing Kauai Kids walked up to sing Heartstrings to me. Knowing that I’ve been struggling to heal my voice, they took over for me. I’ve lost my voice before, but this moment was hard for me. I just wanted to jam! Seeing the joy on their faces and not being able to give back was quite humbling. I’ve never appreciated being able to sing for others as much as I do now. Can’t wait to heal up. This week’s goes to the kids of Waimea Canyon Middle School. Thank you!
