So I only do this full - on routine weekly as it is a bit much (for my skin ). I have Normal to dry skin and I don't suffer from acne or anything . Usually just cleansing my face to remove the makeup at night is all I need . Of course drinking tons of water and not eating chocolate or soda plays a key role . Chocolate reeks havoc on the skin and often leads to bumps .
