Just a short video on how to get PWWT in a world offline -- without killing any black phantom players -- even after you've died in body form. Having a friend invade you and let you kill them via password is easiest, but you're not out of luck if you don't have friends or just don't want to bother them. You will need: 1) Pure BLACK World Tendency 2) Access to the Named Black Phantom & the Primordial Demon 3.0) At Least 1 Boss Left to Kill 3.1) Except in World 1, where you'll need zero to two bosses left to kill--since there are four bosses in world one, they each scale up WT less. HOWEVER, killing the red & blue dragons will also each raise the world tendency by the same amount as killing a boss, so you could do this with 0 bosses left in the world.
