Gina's Food Breakdown: (Points will vary based on ingredients) Breakfast: (5 points) Banana 36 grams of avocado 1 egg 1 slice trader joe's multigrain rustico bread 3 tbsp pumpkin spice creamer sugar free Lunch: (6 points) 6 trader joe's chicken gyoza potstickers 3/4 cup cauliflower rice 1/2 cup of broccoli 1/2 cup of chickpeas 1/4 cup of chopped onions 1 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp gyoza dipping sauce Dinner: (9 points) Pizza Casserole Recipe 1 package of 99% fat free ground turkey 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 20 slices hormel turkey pepperoni 2 tbsp sliced black olives 1 green bell pepper, sliced 20 oz fat free pizza sauce 10 oz cooked macaroni Boil macaroni until done. Cook turkey, onion and bell pepper together and season accordingly. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish along with pizza sauce, 1/2 cup of cheese and 10 slices of pepperoni. Top casserole with remaining cheese, pepperoni and olives. Bake at 350 for 20 min covered, then uncovered for 10 Makes 6 servings, 9 points per serving Snack: (3 points) raspberry built bar!
