A video from a few years back of me doing each half of Chiba sensei's sansho, solo. Please note that my understanding of this exercise is constantly evolving, and I've gotten clear feedback from multiple students of Chiba sensei that I'm still doing this wrong in many ways. I don't offer this as something perfect to learn from, but a moment in time from someone very much more a student than a teacher. I do and teach this form differently now, in 2017. I believe this video was from ...2012, according to Cameron who was filming. Hard to remember!
