In this mission, Manny wants Niko to eliminate some people he used to roll with, who have been "bad-mouthing him" after watching his new film. It seems they weren't impressed. Go to the Algonquin Bridge and stop in the yellow marker facing south. The target you are looking for is on the train, so you need to follow it and eliminate him when he gets off. The chase will lead to Cayuga Avenue in Schottler. Make your way up to the platform and eliminate the three targets.
