PIA staff slapped a passenger and then misbehaving with female passenger PIA flight Pk 757 from Lahore to London. Arguments started over bulkhead seat Passengers asked them to show us a policy saying we have to pay for the bulkhead seats, or give us a receipt to say we have paid for the seats ,for one seat they were asking £40 or 4000 rupees, no action was taken against PIA staff but the pilot of that flight did complain about passengers to Heathrow airport. this statement is given by passengers
