NOPD News's video: A-05847-21 - January 5 2021 - Theft - 7600 block of Saint Charles Avenue

On January 5, 2021 at 4:05 PM, the above unknown black male, approximately 55 to 65 years old, was observed by the victim stealing unknown mail out of her mailbox. The victim relocated outside of her residence and was able to recover some of her mail. The unknown subject then fled on foot down Saint Charles Avenue towards Broadway Street, then unknown. Note: It appears that the subject does not have shoestrings in his tennis shoes and may be homeless.
