OH C'mon - Leo Getz is the real hero of Lethal Weapon, and he broke my heart ! Has there ever been a character shat upon MORE who deserved it LESS than Leo Getz?! He’s like a damn puppy, from the moment Riggs and Murtaugh walk through the door there he is tail a-waggin. “Hi strangers! Can I sell your house for you, investigate crime with you, TAKE A FUCKIN BULLET FOR YOU, and love you forever?” Riggs and Murtaugh’s reaction? “Let’s beat the shit out of this lil fuck and put him in progressively more dangerous situations to see if he dies LOL.” I can’t think of a harsher injustice in all of cinema history.
