엄청 예쁜 아이스크림이 녹지 않는다??? 케이크 팝시클 아이스크림 만들기~~ 안녕하세요 오솜입니다. 집에서 맛있고 예쁜 디저트가 먹고 싶을 때 간단하게 만들 수 있는 케이크팝을 들고 왔어요 ^^ 달달한 화이트초콜릿과 크림치즈가 들어가 맛없을 수 없는 조합!! 남녀노소 누구나 좋아할 거 같은데요 ㅎㅎ **재료 Recipe** 제누아즈(케잌시트) genoise 360g 크림치즈 Cream Cheese 90g 화이트초콜릿 White Chocolate 식용색소 food dye 식용장식물 food ornament ***만들기*** 1. 케잌시트를 최대한 가루로 만들어주세요 (저는 손으로 해서 고운 가루형태는 안됐지만 체로 갈아주시거나 믹서기로 갈아주시면 고운 가루가 될거랍니다) 2. 크림치즈 90g을 넣고 조물조물 섞어주세요 3. 틀에 알맞게 넣고 막대기를 꽂아주세요 4. 냉동고에서 약 15분 굳혀주세요 (굳혀주시면 나무막대기가 빠지지 않을꺼예요) 5. 녹여둔 화이트초콜릿을 묻혀 코팅해주세요 6. 준비해둔 장식물이 있으시다면 예쁘게 장식해주시면 된답니다.
