Perfect Little Planet's video: How to Visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt with Ascent Glass Elevator

The glass elevator ascends from the 93rd floor up another 10 stories. Regardless of what ticket you purchase, you all go up to the 91st floor together to enter the 2-story mirrored "Transcendence" room, the balloon room, the "Clouds" art installation by Yayoi Kusama, and all the other interactive experiences. The only difference is the 5-minute glass elevator ride at the top (called "Ascent"), facing south with epic views of the Empire State Building and lower Manhattan. This Ascent elevator is an add-on that can be purchased on the 93rd floor. So you can decide in the moment if you want to go up the glass elevator or not. Right now, in 2022, daytime tickets are about $40 for the regular experience during the daytime. Add $10 if you're going at night, and add $20 if you want to include the Ascent glass elevator at the top. So if you choose to do the nighttime ticket with the glass elevator, it'd be $70. You can (and should) book your timed-tickets in advance. So is the experience worth the ticket price? You'll have to watch the video to decide for yourself. We felt like it was worth it.
