This was done in the run after my first HPSI capture. This run ended up getting a time of 18:03. Route was messed up so I had to improvise on her winter non. The death was intentional. Possible one second save at Okina's final attack if I double KO during the slowdown, but that'd have been a wasted PSI capture. :^) Perhaps sub 2:00 is possible but I doubt I will ever get it.
