When you wobble away from your crash site, the police who eventually found you might want to know why you did that... If you come up with two different stories, they might also want to know which one is the true story you reeking of alcohol, being wobbly and slurring your speech might make them rather suspicious that you did a bit of boozin' while cruisin' and crashing... Strange how that works... @RedBlueAction March 20th, 2022, while on patrol, a deputy from Clearwater, FL, was flagged down by a civilian who reported that a black Honda Civic had crashed onto city property. The civilian witnessed the driver exiting her vehicle after the crash, and the female appeared to be intoxicated. Deputies were able to locate the female walking on a street. During the examination, the female exhibited signs of impairment, struggling to track the pen adequately with her eyes. The officer then asked for a female officer to perform a search before moving the female into his vehicle. The authorities then took the female to the Police Department for further processing. The officer then prepared a breathalyzer test to determine if the female was under the influence. Since the female was not properly following instructions, the officer decided to give her a final opportunity to take the test. The female was charged with driving under the influence, and her vehicle was later impounded by the authorities.
