ScanNCut JAM Sessions's video: Issues with AUTO settings and vinyl cuts Brother ScanNCut DX Jen Blausey

Ok, I have been testing this machine for a little while. This is one thing I have found that has me concerned, and that is the ONLY reason this video is setting here. When it is rectified, it will come down. You all know, the ONLY reason I do videos, is to EDUCATE. I bought, yes, BOUGHT my 225DX, from a dealer, and do not believe in posting untruths, nor bloated videos. This video is made, regarding cutting VINYL, using a MADE FONT FILE. I tried lots of different fonts, lots of different settings, all the same results, including double cutting, on the new machine. I do have it fully updated, as yes, there is already an update for the machines, please visit the group or the solution center for more info. BUT, the way things are, they just cannot be, and if you watch this, you will see, apples to apples proof of the issues. This was one MAJOR concern I have with "auto" things..... Sometimes, having the ability to adjust, is needed, even if you think it isn't. Brother, please address the concerns that are VERY present, for your customers. Thank you.
