Carter confirmed that Ridge texted him to file the papers, but later it was revealed Quinn instructed Shauna to send the text from Ridge’s phone. Ridge broke the news to a devastated Brooke, who conceited defeat to Shauna. And Thomas worried about the pain his sister Steffy was in, and her doctor refused to refill her pain meds. Over on “Days of our Lives,” Eve returned to Salem and was furious that Ben hadn’t killed Ciara yet, so she had her henchman Vincent give Ben another round of conditioning. Gabi had Jake help her try and impress a DiMera client, and was sure Jake blew it with his lack of class and manners. She was surprised when the client found Jake a breath of fresh air, and Chad reeled that Gabi’s plan worked. And Sami was furious when Allie fled Salem and left her baby boy to Eric and Nicole to raise. Coming up: Philip Kiriakis returns to Salem. On “General Hospital,” Nelle plotted her next move after Michael and Willow won custody of Wiley. Jason woke up from his accident, while Sam continued to suspect Brando of tampering with his bike. Valentin was able not only to take over as ELQ’s new CEO, he refused to allow the company to bail out General Hospital, leaving the hospital accepting drug lord Cyrus Renault’s offer to get them out of their financial troubles. And at the big reveal of Ava’s portrait, painted by Franco, her guests were shocked when they got a look at it. Coming up: Brook Lynn finds herself in harm's way. Finally, “Young & Restless,” was back with new episodes. A post-surgery Sharon told her family she would still need to continue her chemo, and worried about her scars. Adam was stunned when the groundskeeper on Hope’s farm confirmed that he, not Victor, killed AJ Montalvo. Adam went to Sharon for help trying to remember what happened.
