I used the Fit 3D ProScanner Body scanner in September of 2018, at the Graft Häus Gym in Leeds http://www.grafthaus.co.uk/ In October I started with Emma at @ESGFITNESS, and have seen consistent weight loss, at 28lbs down. So far, but for the last 2 weeks I’ve been stalled, we all know progress in weight loss is not linear, so I expected this but it’s still emotionally challenging. I went back to Graft Häus for another scan this weekend, and the results are in! I’m 4% down in body fat! Progress comes to those that are patient and trust in the process, learning to be patient is a whole other deal!
