Dedicated to the memory of Barbara Iwanowski (moja Babcia) A photographic journey of Warsaw, Kraków and Auschwitz Poland, from January 2nd to January 10th, 2024. Notable sights of Warsaw include : Main Market Square, Łazienki Park, Frédéric Chopin Monument, The Palace of Culture and Science, The Downtown District, Royal Castle and Sigismund’s Column, The Warsaw Barbican, POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, a visit to the Museum of Polish Vodka, and the Warsaw Chopin Airport. Notable sights of Kraków include: Wawel Cathedral, Castle and Museum, Main Square, Adam Mickiewicz Monument, Saint Mary’s Basilica, Plac Nowy in Kazimierz, and The Cloth Hall Gallery. The final images are of Auschwitz Concentration Camp featuring Auschwitz 1, and Auschwitz II-Birkenau.
