Yeah yeah.....so this scene is way more noticeable in twin snakes, but did you catch this back in the day? Vulcan Raven reveals to solid snake that the darpa cheif was indeed decoy octopus and then theres a flash back, it was hard to see back in 1998 but vulcan raven peels off the darpa cheifs face and actually shows the player decoy octopus face.
