A major winter storm along the KS/OK border dumps over a foot of snow across the region. Winds gusting to 40MPH lead to extremely hazardous travel conditions as near white-out visibility sent many drivers into ditches and medians. Snow began early Wednesday morning and continued into Thursday morning leaving a mess across the region.
