Born in Valencia but now based in Ibiza, Spanish artist PARALEL first emerged in 2018 with releases via Dear Deer, Phobiq and Pursuit. Immediately recognized for his edgy melodic sound, PARALEL would go on to showcase his music with some of the genre's trendist imprints in Beatfreak, Eleatics, Infinite Depth and Somatic Records, while world class DJs Solomun and Tale of Us chimed in with support. Having made his Astral Records debut last year as part of the Celestial, Pt. 2 collection, PARALEL now makes a welcome return to the label for his debut EP 'The Man In The Secret Room', alongside a remix from Ivan Masa. Getting underway with 'Reincarnation', PARALEL enlists the vocal talents of Davide Famularo for a supreme slice of melodic house. Remarkably powerful, its dynamic groove commands attention, moving through rolling contours and rhythmic pulses, while Davide's soulful chops steal the air amidst colourful synth phrasing, and a dramatic break which is sure to command the full attention of your dancefloor. The lone interpretation of 'Reincarnation' is provided by Ivan Masa who also makes his label debut.
