Got into City Hall and video'd the elevator. This place is high security but is open to the public during weekdays. You eve get to see my camera go through the x-ray machine! I dont know what type of elevators these are. No floors are locked off being a federal building! I dont think anyone has filmed these, which is strange since is a very famous building. I got in here no questions asked!
