Toby's Transport Videos's video: Isle of Wight Hovercraft August 2018

In August 2018 I visited the lovely south of England and took the Hovertravel Hovercraft across to the Isle of Wight from the Portsmouth suburb of Portsea. This is a regular hovercraft service, and possibly the last of its type in regular passenger service in the world. In this video we take a look at this rather unique form of water transport from both onshore and onboard. It was a great experience, and certainly worth doing again, despite the cost.
