Do we need to save it, does it really need saving? We are exploring this crucial question. The human race has drastically affected the planet Earth. We are releasing greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide at an alarming rate by burning fossil fuel, air pollution is increasing. Due to global warming, temperature is rising and polar ice caps are melting, sea level is increasing. We are reducing the Earth's ability to control all these problems by cutting jungles and not planting enough trees. All this is affecting the Human race, if it continues, we may go extinct. But it won't have a long-term effect on the planet. Even nuclear war can't affect the Earth. New species would evolve within few hundred thousand years. Researchers say dinosaurs and almost all species went extinct when a meteorite hit the Earth. From the remaining species new species were evolved, we are among them. So the catastrophic event for dinosaurs was beneficial for us. So life keeps on going here. We have evolved to live in the conditions present right now, changing them affect us, not Earth.
