Rule & Regulations
1. You need to do the challenge 6 times a week
2. You have to eat healthy and nutritional food with portion control when you are doing this challenge, otherwise you won't see any desired results
3. You can tag me @yogasini and use the on Instagram to show me your progress . I will definitely put them in my stories to inspire more people .
