Zipplet Tech's video: DIY Raspberry Pi Console 2 - Fan and soft power control

Join me on my journey to turn a Raspberry Pi 3 into a retro gaming console that is easy to use, with extra bells and whistles! This time, lets look at the software power control and fan control - less interesting than the previous episode sadly, but necessary - Episode 3 will show some actual real construction.
