Add ginger, garlic and lime juice. Rub sauce on meat. 🇹🇿 MANDAZI: Pour in wheat flour and add sugar. Mix. Add sunflower oil and mix. Add yeast and mix. Add warm water and mix. Knead into a ball. Roll out and cut into shapes. In a wok, add sunflower oil and fry. 🇹🇿 TEA: Boil water, add tea grass, ginger and sugar. 🇹🇿 RICE CAKE: In a bowl, pour rice flour, wheat flour and corn porridge. Add sugar, yeast and warm water and mix. 🇹🇿 PORRIGE: In a wood vessel, add soaked corn and pound into corn powder. Sieve. In a pot, add water and corn powder. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add salt and continue stirring. 🇹🇿 PILAU: In a pot, add chopped beef and cook. In a separate pot, add oil, red onion, mix. Add ground ginger and garlic mix.
