Recipe: दालचा साहित्य: शिजवलेली तुरीची डाळ मटण टोमॅटो कांदा तेल शाही जिरे आले-लसूण वाटण लवंग दालचिनी हळद मोठी वेलची काळी मिरी लाल तिखट हिरवी मिरची कसुरी मेथी कृती: सर्वप्रथम प्रेशर कुकर मध्ये गरम तेलात शाही जिरे, ३-४ लवंग, दालचिनी, काळी मिरी, १ मोठी वेलची, उभे चिरलेले कांदे परतून त्यात आलं-लसणाचे वाटण, लाल तिखट, टोमॅटो तेल सुटेपर्यंत भाजून घ्यावे, नंतर मटण व मीठ घालावे आणि पुन्हा सगळे साहित्य एकत्र करून घ्यावे. अजिबात पाणी न घालता कुकरला झाकण लावून ४ शिट्या द्याव्या. मटण ८०% शिजलं की त्यात शिजवलेल्या तुरीचे वरण व गोडा मसाला घालून चांगली उकळी येऊ द्यावी. जास्त तिखट आवडत असल्यास वरून हिरव्या मिरच्या व कसुरी मेथी घालून मटण सर्व्ह करावं. डबल का मीठा साहित्य: तूप साखरेचा पाक खवा, सुका मेवा आणि साखर घालून आटवलेले दूध ब्रेड दुधात खवा, सुका मेवा आणि साखर घालून दूध उकळून आटवून घ्या. तुपामध्ये तळलेल्या ब्रेडवर आटवलेले दूध ओता आणि वरून सुक्या मेव्याने सजवा.
