@more homebrew system menu

this is the same program from my last video. aside from some bug fixes and "behind the scenes improvements", i now have content.bin support, the home menu is working pretty well, and homebrew support. all the banners you see for homebrew are being generated on the fly. im using the standard icon.png and meta.xml used by HBC and turning it into a banner. the base for the banner was created by diddy of the wiithemeteam.
