I shot all of this footage before, during, and after a small storm. This Sandhill Crane family is bedding right on the lakefront for the past few months. Their two babies are the ones without the bright red coloring on their heads (yet). Shot with a Canon Rebel T2i/EOS 550d dSLR cam, using an EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III and EF 50mm f/1.8 II. Editing done in iMovie '11 on Mac OSX.
