I fixed Merlin, hope you enjoy. (read au below) The story starts at 2x04. After Gwen gave herself up so that Morgana might escape, Uther refuses to send knights to save her. He forbids Arthur and Morgana to go, as well. Morgana is more than upset about it, until, without any explanation, Gwen suddenly comes back. Morgana is relieved and happier than she's ever been, but Uther suspects Gwen used sorcery to escape the bandits. He sentences her to death, despite Morgana's protestations. When Gwen is executed, Morgana loses her mind. After spreading hate at Uther's face for hours, she runs away. She uses her newly discovered magic to do what the king refused to do, to save Gwen. As the balance of the world needs to be restored, she doesn't hesitate to sacrifice Uther's life to save Gwen. Morgana's maid therefore comes back to life, only to discover a Morgana she had no idea existed. A dark, lonely, evil Morgana; who tries to get Gwen to trust her but in vain. Gwen's pure heart however misses her friend, and she does everything she can to bring her back to reason, to save her like she first did. And she successfully does. When Morgana realises all the pain she's caused, she's overwhelmed with regrets, but Gwen quickly forgives her, as Morgana turned her back on her darkness. They found each other, at last, and soon decide to get married. As Morgana is the eldest Pendragon, she and Gwen are crowned queens of Camelot.
