Dave Taylor, former General Manager of the Los Angeles Kings, is interviewed by Marty McSorley and Patrick O'Neal on the March 16, 2006 broadcast of the LA Kings game at Staples Center against the Dallas Stars. In the interview, Taylor discusses trading for Mark Parrish and Brent Sopel for Jeff Tambellini and Denis Grebeshkov, tiptoes around the rumors of possibly acquiring Roberto Luongo, among other topics. The Kings unfortunately went on to miss the playoffs, which eventually resulted in the firing of Dave Taylor during the off-season.
