Here's how I get all of the individual frames separated, and increased in size. You will (probably) need After Effects, although I know that in Premiere Pro, and in virtually all editing software, there should be some means of masking out parts of videos. So the principle will be the same, you'll just have to find out where those tools are located in your software, and practice using them. So masking out what you don't want, in order to keep what you DO want, and resizing it to fit your desired pattern in the video. I hope it's helpful.
