This week's highlights: BENCH - 555x3, followed by 495 3x6 (all paused) SQUAT - 585x3, followed by 500 3x4 DEADLIFT - 605x3, followed by 495 3x6 Follow me on my road to a 2100+ lb RAW powerlifting total as well as a 700 lb RAW bench press. Every week the training gets a bit more difficult in my quest to not only be the lightest man to ever bench 700 lbs, but to climb the all-time list as one of the best powerlifters in history.
